New Food Safety Books Feature Food Defense

ToxStrategies scientists publish pre-clinical toxicity studies on cannabidiol (CBD)

ToxStrategies scientists have published two manuscripts in Food and Chemical Toxicology reporting the study design and outcome of 14- and 90-day repeat-dose oral toxicity studies and a reproductive toxicity study conducted on a purified, hemp-derived CBD isolate. ToxStrategies research into quantifying non-chemical stress in cumulative impact assessment for Environmental Justice communities

Addressing the combined role of chemical and non-chemical stressors within cumulative impact assessments is a current focus of Environmental-Justice-related research at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. There is strong evidence that elevated socioeconomic and psychological stressors that may exist in a community have the potential to increase susceptibility to environmental exposures and exacerbate related health impacts. ToxStrategies named recipient of Research Grant to Conduct a Systematic Literature Review

ToxStrategies has been named the recipient of a research grant to conduct a systematic literature review assessing any potential relationship between formaldehyde inhalation and myeloid leukemia and other lymphohematopoietic (LHP) cancers. The announcement came in a news release from the Center for Truth in Science.
